A House of Craft
Farming, bread, pastry, savory, beverage, and hospitality โ every one of them made from scratch, by hand, under one roof. Come sit with us.

Bread
Naturally leavened sourdough, baguettes, and challah โ built on wild yeast and time. Milled, mixed, shaped, and baked by hand every single morning.
Pastry
Viennoiserie, babka, rugelach, cookies, and cakes โ laminated, filled, and finished by hand in our pastry kitchen. Two fresh bakes a day.

Savory
A scratch kitchen focused on local ingredients and seasonal flavor โ from whole fish to farm vegetables, prepared fresh in house.
Beverage
Espresso, house-made juices, and drinks pulled and pressed to order at the bar โ the perfect companion to a warm loaf or a morning pastry.

Hospitality
A full-service cafรฉ where it all comes together โ warm, unhurried, and made to be lingered over, by a team that makes everything from scratch. Sunday to Friday.
Farming
Rooted in the land. We grow and source produce and grain close to home, so the story of every loaf and every plate begins in good soil.

Reservations
Join us for a table in the cafรฉ. Walk-ins are always welcome, and reservations are recommended for weekend mornings.

Closed Saturdays
Zak the Baker is closed every Saturday and on all major holidays. As a certified kosher bakery, we observe Shabbat and the Jewish holidays. For more about our kosher supervision and observance, visit our Kosher page.
