  1. I had your bread at Michys last night and ate more break than dinner,,,,,,,,,,,,excellent
I live on Miami Beach. Where can I go and just buy your bread with eating in a restaurant/

  2. When customers ask me about Zak The Bakers sourdough bread, i cant contain my self from hyperbolizing to the max. I enjoy eating it but above all I love the way it’s made. Every morning at work fresh hot bread is delivered to my job. I simply love it. Good stuff Zak, your bread is exquisite my freind! -Ivania, employee at Daily Bread II Miami, FL

  3. deeeelicious bread..the crust is a culinary experience… just had some at ray and leslies wedding.OMG…we want more!!! how can we bring it to broward county!!?? yummy

  4. My family and I lived on Zak’s bread for a year in Tuscany… We miss the fragrance of that bread and we miss the company of that very dedicated baker… Well done Zak!… and lucky you guys in Miami who can now enjoy truly artisan bread made with honest and loving dedication to quality ingredients.

  5. Several weeks ago I visited the Farmers Market in Pinecrest for the first time, as I was wondering through, there was a line behind an empty table, like a fool I got in line, “these people must know what their doing” I thought to my self, and they did, they were waiting for bread, and lucky me, I was able to get one, they go quick. Truly, the best bread I’ve ever had. I got the sunflower sourdough bread that day, but I have been back several times since and will take, what ever they have. Today I got the walnut & cranberry, delicious.. I feel like I’m somewhere far far away, good bread, some cheese and glass of wine, what can be better!!

  6. I had the pleasure of enjoying a sandwhich at panther coffee with your organic multigrain sourdough bread and it was seriously the best and freshest most delicious sandwhich I have ever tasted in my entire life!!! I’m definitely hooked and will tell all my family and friends about your amazing artisan bread its to die for!!! :)

  7. As the owner of Biga Bakery, the first artisan bakery in Miami back in the day, I think your bread is amazing! Better than anything I ever turned out! I know it’s the hardest business in the world and I admire your dedication. Keep up the great work. I get your bread from Atelier Monnier but will come to the Farmer’s Market to say hello one of these days.

  8. thanks for this incredible perfection you call bread .bought it at books & books 2 loaves & im hooked. please come to broward but ill still drive to miami if i have to THANK YOU !
